<p>This is a unique role aimed at students from Yr1 – Yr10 (mainly in Primary) that require support in literacy and numeracy. </p><p>The role reports to the executive principal. This is a full-time role for 2023, but the College will consider part-time applicants if they have the desired qualities.  </p><p><b>Key responsibilities will include: </b></p><p>• Provide direction and assist the teaching support team of 2 staff members.</p><p>• Design programs tailored to individual student needs delivering literacy and numeracy interventions</p><p>• Proficient in IT</p><p>• Collect and use a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</p><p>• Have strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</p><p>• Work with class teachers to deliver targeted learning</p><p>• Provide regular feedback to students, teachers and parents </p><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><p>• Bachelor Degree in Education, </p><p>• Teaching support qualifications will be highly regarded. </p><p>• Experience as a Learning support teacher </p><p>• Current WWCC</p><p><br /></p>
