Holy Spirit Primary School are seeking a Senior Finance Officer to join our supportive team!

<p><b>Location: </b>Holy Spirit Primary School - St Clair</p><p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking a skilled administration and bookkeeping specialist to take on the role of Senior Finance Officer at Holy Spirit Primary School, St Clair. This is an important role within our office and will give you the opportunity to use both your bookkeeping and people skills as you interact with colleagues, families and students.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Senior Finance Officer will collaborate with the Principal, Business Manager and central office Finance teams to:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Process financial transactions, including purchasing and receipting and reconciliation processes, assist in budgeting, forecasting and reviewing financial reports&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Facilitate the raising and collection of school fees</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">As required, assistance with a diverse set of other school administrative processes including, enrolments, student services, health &amp; safety, staffing</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Front of house and student facing duties, collaborating with other team members to build a welcoming and safe environment for the school community</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">TechnologyOne experience would be highly advantageous, but experience using any enterprise level financial software is desirable</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications or equivalent experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Great people skills, interpersonal and written communication</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Solid administrative experience, either with the Microsoft Office suite or related Google Suite applications</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Our ideal candidate will have a desire to bring their skills, not only to an organisation but a caring Catholic community with the intent to transform the learning of every student and enrich the professional lives of our staff.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
