We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Communications Team, with a passion for providing great service and experiences for our community.

Grounded in our values of Truth, Compassion, and Wisdom, all staff work to support the College in achieving its aims. </p><p><b><br />The opportunity </b></p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Communications team for an experienced Administrator - Fundraising and Events, who will provide a unique link between the College and it’s three community organisations – The Radford Foundation, the Radford Collegians and the Radford P&amp;F. This position plays an important role in ensuring positive, genuine connections between the College and extended community. </p><p>This is a part-time, term-time role working 22.8 hours per week commencing as soon as possible. </p><p>This position will include work outside of core business hours at meetings and events. <br /><br /></p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>Displaying a high degree of initiative and having a proactive attitude, you will be the point of contact for all administrative and governance matters related to the Radford Foundation, including general day-to-day operational matters. They will be a confident self-starter, whose excellent communication skills will assist in networking and building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. </p><p>Candidates must: </p><p>• Demonstrate experience in governance matters relating to a not-for-profit organisation or similar </p><p>• Be technically competent and confident in the MSOffice suite and Adobe, with the willingness to learn school-based systems (Library Management System, Archiving, NEXUS etc.) </p><p>• Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working as a member of a high-functioning team and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience </p><p>• Demonstrate exceptionally high levels of discretion and confidentiality </p><p>• Possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy </p><p>• Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills </p><p>• Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare </p><p>• Be reliable and punctual </p><p>• Support Radford’s strategic priorities and goals </p><p>• Uphold Radford’s Values of Truth, Compassion and Wisdom<br /><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><p>• Demonstrable experience in an administration role, including minute taking and writing </p><p>• Experience developing strong working relationships both internally and externally </p><p>• Experience in efficiently managing financial resources and assets </p><p>• Experience in content writing and editing using a website Content Management System and use of social media platforms </p><p>• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe </p><p>• Event organisation and management experience </p><p>• Current First Aid Certificate including Anaphylaxis <br /><br /></p><p><b>How to Apply </b></p><p>Details about this position and how to apply can be found on the Employment section on the College <a href="https://www.radford.act.edu.au/employment" rel="nofollow">Website</a>.
