<p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p>St Patrick’s College is seeking a motivated, highly skilled and organised Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to provide our Principal with high level confidential, executive, and administrative support, whilst coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of the school’s administrative services to maintain consistent school processes and routines. As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will also be responsible for managing the College’s Front Office team, in addition to managing and coordinating a range of specialised administrative tasks and providing guidance to other administration staff within the College. </p><p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p><p>Permanent ongoing, 76 hours per fortnight, working term time, with the addition of 5 weeks during the term breaks (45 weeks worked per year &#43; 4 weeks annual leave).</p><p><b>About You</b></p><p>As a highly organised, enthusiastic and excellent communicator you will have:</p><ul><li>Knowledge and experience in coordinating business administration functions in a busy environment with competing demands.</li><li>Highly effective administrative, organisational and decision-making skills that demonstrate clarity, competence and a collaborative approach.</li><li>Experience in managing a small team, with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.  </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in written work with the ability to draft high level correspondence, generate reports and write minutes.</li><li>A high level of professionalism and integrity, diplomacy and sensitivity in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders </li><li>Enjoy working in a dynamic team orientated environment.</li><li>An understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of St Patrick’s College as a Catholic school.</li></ul><p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.  The successful candidate will require satisfactory registrations relevant to child safety.   </p><p><b>About Us</b></p><p>St Patrick’s is a Catholic co-educational Year 7-12 college of approximately 1,500 students with a strong academic culture that encourages individual students to develop to their full potential through a broad educational experience.  The College is structured into a three school model of learning, incorporating the Middle School (Years 7 and 8), Croagh Patrick (Year 9) and Senior School (Years 10-12).
