The successful applicant will be dedicated to working collaboratively within the school community to seek and evaluate feedback for improved classroom practice.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate:</p><ul><li>a knowledge of, and commitment to, the Catholic faith and accreditation to teach Religious Education</li><li>commitment to excellence as a classroom teacher with high expectations for student learning</li><li>the knowledge and ability to cater for students with diverse learning styles and abilities including gifted students</li><li>commitment to a pedagogical approach that is conducive to flexible learning environments</li><li>the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>highly effective organisational and communication skills and proficiency with technology</li><li>motivation to be an innovative educator</li><li>commitment to a &#39;growth mindset&#39;, supporting and putting into action our school vision Together in Faith We Soar to the Extraordinary</li><li>commitment to working beyond your classroom and engaging in whole school initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>You will have attained:</b></p><ul><li>a Tertiary qualification in Education </li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve this, according to SACS Board Policy </li><li>employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.</li></ul>
