<p><b>Key Selection Criteria </b></p><p>The successful applicant will be a highly effective teacher who demonstrates the following: </p><p>* Commitment to the Catholic Church and a strong sense of faith. </p><p>* Have a capacity to enliven the values of truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration in students with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools. </p><p>* Qualified to teach PDHPE, including Stage 4/5 PDHPE, Stage 5 Elective PAS, Stage 6 Studies of Religion, Stage 6 Catholic Studies </p><p>* Be able to demonstrate differentiated pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning. </p><p>* Be willing to undertake continued professional development and faith formation. </p><p>* Has a willingness to assist and lead students in extracurricular activities like performance and exhibitions. </p><p>* Support the College’s scholastic initiatives and promote its innovation in light of the Strategic Plan. </p><p>* Be prepared to undertake leadership mentoring and training from peers and develop and demonstrate strong professional relationships with colleagues. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
